Patient Information

Dr. Janzen and the rest of our team welcome patients of all ages from in and around Prince Albert, and if you’re thinking about coming to see us for the first time, you’ll find answers to some of your basic questions below. We want you to feel completely prepared for your first visit, so please give us a call if there is anything else you’d like to know! We look forward to meeting you and taking great care of all the smiles you care about.

Your First Visit

After being checked in, you’ll be escorted to your treatment room where one of our hygienists will begin by taking a few X-rays and images of your mouth. They’ll then perform a comprehensive cleaning, at which point you’ll get to meet your dentist. They’ll spend a few minutes chatting with you, examine your teeth and gums, and then go over their findings. If you need any additional treatment, they’ll discuss all of your options.

New Patient Forms

If you’re visiting Legacy Dental for the first time, we look forward to meeting you. To streamline your visit, we’ve made our new patient forms available here on our website. Please download the forms, print them, complete them and bring them with you to your appointment along with your insurance information. On the day of your appointment, someone at our front desk will take your forms and begin processing them immediately. By completing your forms before you arrive, you can look forward to a shorter wait in our waiting room.

Insurance Accepted

Because we appreciate your business, we're happy to file an insurance claim for you at the time of your visit. We want to help every patient get the most from their insurance plan. Insurance plans are a contract unique to the patient and the insurance company. There are some services that your insurance provider may not cover. In these cases, you'll be responsible for those charges.
